Operations Associate (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Come build with us!About the Role:Our Operations team is critical to our success and we are looking for a diligent and passionate full-time (30-40 hours per week) Operations Associate to help with our in-store lottery ticket operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be based on-site in Brooklyn, NY. The schedule is Sunday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm. This is the perfect opportunity if you're interested in operations and are excited about furthering your career at a start-up and playing a key role in the growth of a new business!What You'll Do:Be our ultimate lottery ticket processor by fulfilling customer orders in an organized and systematic mannerOperate our retail store - duties include processing transactions, inventory management, organization, and cleaningFollow open andor closing procedures for our retail and fulfillment locationEnsure in-store equipment remains in good operating conditionTroubleshoot basic technical issues on printingscanning equipment Escalate issues, concerns, and feedback as appropriate in a timely manner to the supervisor on dutyParticipate in special ad-hoc projects Adhere to established operating procedures to maintain quality standardsYou Ideally Have:A minimum of a High School degree or equivalentThe willingness to work flexible hours as needed, which may include extended shifts in the day or night andor occasional weekends or holidaysPrior experience in retail, restaurant, or warehouse operations, or an interest in general operations managementA passion for learning new processes and technologiesAbout You:You have grit, tenacity, and what people describe to be a "get it done" mentality.
