VP of Financial Operations

Vice President of Financial OperationsOur Client has an immediate need for a Vice President of Financial Operations to join our Corporate Finance team.As the Vice President of Financial Operations, you will be responsible for the Order-to-Cash process for all customers across a significant number of brands, products, and platforms. Our business is rapidly growing and changing, requiring a Financial Operations executive who will proactively evolve our Order-to-Cash process to meet the needs of the business and take advantage of new technology. The ideal candidate will be an individual who can lead multiple projects at one time, who uses data to make key decisions, and who understands billing and payments systems inside and out.Key job responsibilities:Lead billing and collections for 100,000+ clients monthly across 200+ brands and 100,000+ productsImplement and maintain modern systems to support order management, invoicing, cash transactions, cash applications, and collectionsEstablish and maintain relationships with treasury vendors to support a variety of payment optionsLead and grow a team of Financial Operations professionals across multiple continents with attention paid to frequent training, performance assessment, and process improvementCollaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Support functions to ensure process excellence and the best possible outcomes for the company and our clientsLead a data-driven approach using Business Intelligence and AI to drive process and strategy decisionsLead acquisition integration efforts for billing and paymentsQualifications:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting10+ years of experience in Financial Operations5+ years managing a team within Financial OperationsExperience working in a high-volume multi-system environmentExperience with automated SaaS billing and card-on-file paymentsExperience with complicated multi-element billing for annual contracts exceeding $50M+ per customerExperience managing a global team across multiple continents and timezonesExperience leading the implementation of new billing and payments systems, including a deep understanding of card-on-file payment workflowsExperience onboarding newly acquired companies to core systems and processes
