Our commitment to providing exceptional care, despite any challenges, goes beyond just a job; it's a calling that drives us forward every day.Job OverviewThe Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all physical facilities of business, health care clinics, dental, and senior care programs. The Supervisor supervises assigned Environmental Aides in functional areas and monitors and performs housekeeping, janitorial, and custodial activities. The Supervisor creates work schedules, prioritizes staff activities, and completes work as directed. The Supervisor trains and educates employees to help Environmental Aides improve processes, become more efficient, and better meet customer needs. In addition, the Supervisor performs annual evaluations of staff, reviews supply levels, documents items needed monthly, and orders supplies. The Supervisor performs management duties such as hiring, disciplinary actions, incident reports, and payroll. The Supervisor drives company vehicles to each site and interacts with everyone in a friendly, courteous, and respectful manner, ensuring compliance with regulations to maintain accreditation and licensure in the business and healthcare industry. Minimum RequirementsPossession of a high school diploma and five (5) years of commercialinstitutional experience in building maintenance functions (e.g. electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, etc.).3 - 5 years of supervisory experience.Certificate DOT Training for Signing Waste Manifest 40 CFR 172 Subpart H is desirable or obtained within 30 days of employment.Certificate Assault Behavior Training Course is desirable or obtained within 90 days of employment.License Requirement & Agency: Class "C" Driver License with "0" points preferred. Maximum allowable points = 1 pensation$65,918.46 - $82,398.08 annuallyCompensation DisclaimerActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
