Call Center Representative-Family Call CenterThe Parker Jewish Institute, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team of professionals on a part timeper diem basis in our Family Call Center. Parker's Family Call Center is an important communications link for family members of our patients and residents, providing excellent customer service and serving as a dedicated hot line to address patient and family concerns.The Call Center Representative serves as the point of contact for questions, problem solving and as a resource for family members and loved ones calling the facility.
