Quality Systems and Safety managerThe Quality Systems and Safety Manager will be responsible for leading the systems and safety teams that supports the Arens Williams Business Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for all systems related quality and safety activities with a goal to maintain compliance with international, customer, and corporate standards. Provides guidance to and counsels employees.What you bring:7+ years' experience in an automotive manufacturing companyBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related disciplineDemonstrable leadership skills and people management capabilityAbility to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in process improvement initiativesExperience with the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2000 andor IATF 16949 applied to both manufacturing and product development.
