Support public channels (social, R&R, Q&A) with insights, strategies, and consumer engagement. Attend brand training sessions to stay updated on social strategies and best practices. Provide customized, clear responses to customer inquiries and complaints. Monitor social trends, suggest content, and recommend consumer engagement strategies. Escalate critical complaints and assist with resolution. Maintain 100% reply rate and meet response time goals using tools like Sprinklr. Ensure high customer satisfaction and sentiment scores. Work flexible hours, including weekends. Technology & Reporting Document product issues and ensure data integrity in CRM tools. Track personal social KPIs and suggest improvements to enhance service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 1-2 years of social media engagement experience. Strong customer service background and customer-first mindset. Proficiency in major social platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional writing, organization, and problem-solving skills. Interest in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexibility.
