Have the opportunity to build a satisfying career.We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members.Customer Service Representative IAs a Customer Service Representative I (CSRI) at the entry level, you will be responsible for scheduling customer orders using multiple platforms, offering assistance, and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in customer service and grow within our company.Essential FunctionsCustomer Service:•Schedule pick-up or delivery appointments for customer orders using multiple platforms such as customer portals, emails, phone calls, and shared documents.•Provide accurate information on scheduling confirmations.•Monitor exceptions on automated scheduling processes and participate in trouble shooting.•Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and courteously.•Adapt your approach and behavior in response to changing situations and customer needs.•Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.Collaboration:•Participate in team meetings, workshops, and summits to collaborate with the team.•Work closely with other supply chain team members such as CSR2s, Account Specialists, Planners, and Logistics representatives to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction•Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers.Continuous improvement:•Provide insights, information, and experiences for continuous improvement or business intelligence projects.•Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and company policies.•Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to establish and share process best practices.•Identify issues, think critically and creatively to find solutions that benefit both the customer and Niagara.•Demonstrate the ability to effectively utilize available resources to resolve and troubleshoot system issues when scheduling customer loads.Please note:- Shift start and end times may change due to business needs.
