Experiences that include the world's most moving water features, from The Fountains of Bellagio to The Dubai Fountain.WET is a great environment for people who are talented, inquisitive, passionate, driven, team-oriented, problem solvers, and who do not give up-who seek brilliant mitment to excellence and a strong sense of urgency is essential for WET to succeed!Mechanical Assembly SupervisorThis position is responsible for the overall performance of the Assembly Cells, ensuring that Safety, Quality, Productivity, On-time Delivery and Cost goals are achieved.The Assembly Supervisor at WET, works directly with engineering to support rapid iteration and product development and also serves as the Continuous Improvement Champion of hisher department, making sure that a problem-solving culture for continuous improvement is fully established and followed.Products are: mechanical, electro-mechanical, optical, lighting, power supplies, control panels, and other mechatronic devices. Essential Functions and responsibilitiesEnsure hisher department is safe work environmentEstablishes a problem-solving culture for continuous improvementDevelops task and goals for hisher departmentWorks closely with the Engineering and Maintenance departments to keep a constant process and equipment improvements to assure optimum quality and productivityManage, develop, and coach production team membersStimulate teamwork within hisher departmentAchieve and maintain a world-class on time deliveryDevelop and establish a Visual Factory environmentRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent years of experience Experience in an assembly and manufacturing environmentManaging a fast-paced production areaLean Manufacturing knowledge and experience: A3, Kaizen, VSMTOC (Theory of Constraints) applied experience (Plus)Proven track record of prior accomplishmentsAbility to motivate and influence othersExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable for interaction at all levels of the organizationHigh energy and keen sense of urgencyMust be a hands-on leaderWET is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with WET is governed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications and will not be influenced in any manner by race, color, religion, gender, national originethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability or any other legally protected status.
