If you are a motivated professional looking for a long-term fit where you can grow in a role, and will be valued and empowered, then we invite you to apply to our Senior Data Analyst position in our New York, New York office.This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.The PositionThis hands-on Sr. Data Analyst position will reside within the Firm's Business Solutions & Innovations department, providing major technology platform transformation and change management, where 20+ years of legacy technology and business process is undergoing a complex and strategic overhaul, focused on efficiency, sustainability and providing a competitive industry advantage.QualificationsMUST have experience with Aderant Financial System3-5 years of Experience in Financial Systems AdministrationProven expertise Managing Data & Performing Data AnalysisStrong knowledge of Power BI Analysis ServicesAdvanced MS SQLSSRSSQL Query skills are a mustKnowledge of Sequel Viewpoint Systems a plusPrior industry experience with mid to large sized Law Firm(s) a plusMS ExcelVBAMacro understanding, ability to debug, and develop a mustOrganizational skills to manage toward deadlines and deliverablesExperience leading the transition, integration, and implementation of legal e-billing platforms a plusBachelor's degree required, preferably in a Computer Science OR related field OR substantial industry experienceexpertise: 7+ yearsKey Responsibilities:Leverage Aderant Database & Software for financial systems management and reportingCreate and maintain reporting processes to support firm stakeholdersDevelop an understanding and knowledge of databases supporting firm operationUtilize Power BI Analysis Services for data visualization and reportingPerform initial analysis and refinement of dataEffectively communicate with multiple departments and partiesRespond to ad hoc data requestsEffectively analyze, reverse engineer, and document legacy scripting routines & macrosA variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure andor certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
