Who We're Looking For:EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking an entry level Financial Analyst who is driven by data and has a proven track record of performing pricing related activities for prospective and existing clients including development of pricing strategies, RFP responses, and model development.If you are a highly motivated Financial Analyst with experience performing pricing and underwriting functions in a pharmacy or healthcare environment, and you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry, we encourage you to apply.What You'll Do:As a Financial Analyst, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities;Develop financial underwriting models and solutions that will help build strategic dialogue with clients and prospectsCollaborate with internal customers to develop analytic models, methodologies, and reports to meet client and advisor needsInteract with multi-functional areas, including operations, sales, proposals, marketing, clinical and account management to design and support internal reporting, financial strategies, account level underwriting, reporting and financial modelingEnsure and manage all clients are set up according to agreed terms and conditionsConduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide insight into existing program performance and product utilization; communicate program savings and ROIWork collaboratively across all other EmpiRx departments to effectively communicate and meet the organization's analytic needsPrioritize competing requests to ensure focus on highest impact activitiesBe an active participant in the development of corporate and financial strategies, business planning, pharmacy benefits pricing strategies, client reporting, data analytics, growth strategies, etc.What You Need:At least 2-5 years of experience in financial analysisBachelor's Degree (Business, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or Finance are preferred)Expert in MS ExcelExcellent attention to details and strong aptitude for mathematics and analyzing dataStrong written and verbal skills, and ability to present to senior executivesAbility to multi-task and work to meet deadlines; adapt and be flexible in a complex changing environmentKnowledge and proficiency in use of TableauDomo or similar reporting toolsExperience in PBM or Health Plan or Insurance preferredUnderwriting or Pricing experience preferredExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM tool preferredMasters Degree a plusThis role is located in our Montvale NJ officeWhy Join Us:EmpiRx Health is on an extraordinary journey where excellence meets innovation.We are a collaborative team that encourages groundbreaking ideas, values open dialogue, and prioritizes continuous improvement.You will be part of a dynamic team where success is a shared celebration, collaboration fuels progress, and we redefine healthcare together.We offer a generous and competitive benefits package.EmpiRx Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer EmpiRx Health is an equal opportunity employer.
