Key Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting data by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions as required. Develop and implement processes between account teams and finance to meet day-to-day and high-level client requirements, in line with SOWs and MSA guidelines. Manage the monthly financial processes for assigned client(s). Review monthly client budgets and actuals with Account teams to verify billing, revenue recognition, and assess staffing plans for under-servicing or over-servicing. Identify and resolve discrepancies related to employee resources and rates. Analyze client financials and prepare forecasting reports for both prospective and existing clients. Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from Account and Project Management teams. Safeguard the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Exceptional attention to detail with strong mathematical and analytical abilities. Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations. Previous experience in an advertising agency is required.
