About the job Remote Data Entry Specialist Optimere is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for our Contribution Processing Department. In this role, you will be responsible for editing hours reported on company systems by checking all editerror codes and verifying data entry to ensure participants are credited with the correct hours worked.QualificationsMinimum 2 years contribution processing, data entry or comparable work experience.Data processing or accounting experience highly desirableAccurate typing- 45 WPM10 Key by touchMS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook experience requiredExcellent analytical, spelling and grammar skillsDetail oriented with a high level of accuracyStrong communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.Excellent attendance and reliability with the ability to work overtime hours as required.Your Responsibilities would include:Edit hours reported, including checking all editerror codes and verifying data entryResolve any data report issues directly with the employerPrepare Employer Contribution Reports for processingData entry of Employer Contribution ReportsPreparation of billing, andor credit requestsAssist in handling billingcredit advice notices and participant inquiries as neededWork Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment.
