We are looking for qualified, motivated and exceptional individulas to become part of our team. We are looking for high energy and customer service oreiented Service AdvisorsWhat You'll Do: Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle Offer solutions and added services to guests Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score Process monetary transactions Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner Utilize walk around process to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and build rapport Generate service order estimatesquotes for customers Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule Conduct post-repair follow up Resolve customer complaints Maintain value, quality, and integrity Continue to maintain our dealership's value, quality, and integrity Analyze information and evaluate alternatives in an effort to resolve issues and make sound, timely decisions. Individual should possess: Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic presence with an ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and negotiation skills Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Strong computer and phone skills Work effectively and efficiently as an individual and in a team environment. Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
