Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Strategy Associate to join our growing Sponsor Partnerships team. You will work closely on our existing products and new initiatives. You will have the opportunity to help shape our product and direction and see your work have a real-world impact. ** This is a full-time employment opportunity with a hybrid schedule (3-4 days onsite in NYC).**Responsibilities:Analyze and synthesize data, information and knowledge from external sources into compelling insights-driven, fact-based reportsPartner with senior leaders in developing plans to address business and sponsor partnership opportunitiesDocument, review, and conduct independent research regarding existing and potential business relationshipsLead the development and delivery of compelling pitches and presentations to key external stakeholders, including sponsors. This includes conducting in-depth research, creating tailored presentation materials, and effectively communicating the company's value proposition, product offerings, and strategic vision to drive growth and foster long-term relationshipsContribute and participate in a wide range of company initiatives, ability to "wear many hats"Other projects, as assignedQualificationsExcellent research, analytical, communication, and presentation skillsExceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver under deadline pressuresSelf-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with othersSolution and results-orientedHigh level of interpersonal and emotional intelligence, including the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels both internally and externallyExcellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel)Additional InformationCompensation range: $70,000 - $80,000. This represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition.
