A non-profit organization based in the Bronx is seeking an experienced social work leader to join their team as a Scatter Site Program Director! About the Opportunity: Shift: Business HoursSchedule: Monday-FridayHours: 35 hours, full-timeSetting: Scatter Site Housing ProgramResponsibilities: The Program Director will be responsible for: Oversee the planning and administration of daily operations for all program locations. Ensure that clients receive services in accordance with their needs through our client's services Assist and participate in the recruitment and retention of staff. Prepare correspondence relative to the HIVAIDS Scatter Site Programs as requested by the Federal, State, City or other funding sources. Responsible for addressing and correcting any and all deficiencies, which may be cited as a result of audits conducted by the funding sources. Qualifications: 5-7 years of administrative leadership experience in successfully supervising the operations of Scatter Site Housing Programs ???????5+ years experience in providing direct services related to the treatment and recovery of persons living with HIVAIDS, substance abuse and serious mental illness. Master's degree in social work or related fieldValid NYS LCSW-R, LCSW, LMSW licensure strongly preferredDesired Skills: Bilingual Spanish preferredHIVAIDS training preferred
