This position provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to join SolarEdge's North American Sales Team and have a major part in leading the company's sales efforts in the Utility scale and Community Solar segment of the solar industry.If you are a self-starter and results-oriented professional passionate about renewable energy, we invite you to join SolarEdge and be a key player in shaping the future of sustainable energy solutions in North America.Location: Remote, preferred locations include: Boston - Chicago - New YorkDuties and Responsibilities:Identify, develop and close sales opportunities to achieve revenue targetsDevelop and maintain relationships with Utility Scale and Community Solar project developers, EPC's, system integrators, asset owners and design engineering firmsActively pursue sales leads and build a sales pipelineAssist with forecast of revenue on a regular basis and review sales results to ensure that established targets are being met; take corrective action where requiredNurture the relationship with leading PV project developers at multiple levels to ensure that SolarEdge remains the supplier of choice for their installationsCultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive market penetration.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to make informed business decisions.Work closely with cross-functional teams across the division and across geographies, including product management, engineering, Solution Engineering and operations, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals and execution plans.Provide input regarding marketing and product positioning strategies specific to the US market Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing sales with success growing revenueAbility to Travel 30%Previous experience in the PV industry will be a significant advantage.
