A Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA), seeks a seasoned Director Of Operations to oversee and optimize the functionality of all departments. This role requires an in-depth understanding of LHCSA operations, expertise in both pediatric and geriatric home care services, and the ability to drive efficient, compliant, and quality-driven workflows across the organization. Familiarity with HHAeXchange is essential to ensure that all processes are streamlined and up to agency standards.Key Responsibilities Include:Departmental Oversight: Directly manage all agency departments, including Billing, HR, Coordinators, Intake, HHA Onboarding, Management, Office Supplies, and Reception.Cross-Location Coordination: Facilitate cohesive operations across multiple office locations, ensuring seamless collaboration among all teams.System Implementation: Develop and oversee operational systems that enhance process efficiency, accountability, and workflow.Team Leadership: Guide department heads in setting and achieving service goals, staff training, and development plans to improve service pliance and Quality Assurance: Uphold LHCSA standards and ensure regulatory compliance in all operational areas.Software Proficiency: Use HHAeXchange for scheduling, timekeeping, and record management; train staff on its effective use as necessary.Resource Management: Supervise inventory, manage office supplies, and ensure all departments have necessary resources.Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate departmental performance, address issues proactively, and implement solutions to drive munication and Collaboration: Cultivate a culture of respect, collaboration, and unified goals among departments, managing conflicts effectively when they arise.Ideal Qualifications:Significant experience in an operations or supervisory role within a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA).Strong command of HHAeXchange software and a background in pediatric and geriatric client services.Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire respect and effectively manage diverse teams.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Experience in designing and managing operational systems to ensure efficient daily business prehensive understanding of all LHCSA departments and their workflows.Background in healthcare management and home care operations.This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a robust understanding of home care operations, looking to make a meaningful impact on both organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.Salary: $150k - $200kYearTo apply, please send your resume to
