Providing onsite daily administrative support for executives, including maintaining complex and detailed calendars, scheduling meetings and conference calls, coordinating room reservations, and catering arrangements as necessaryCoordinate meeting and travel for executives, including domestic travel planning and coordinationWork independently to fulfill and anticipate scheduling and workflow needs for the supported executivesPrepare correspondence; memorandum; reports; presentations or other assigned documentationProvide team support in arranging, coordinating and facilitating company-wide events Arrange services for office upkeep: AC, pest control, furniture cleaning, small office repairsmaintenance, water plantsManage office and pantry supplies inventory and place orders as necessaryActively provide administrative support in uPHealth activities and company-wide employee engagement eventsSupporting the creation of written communications and campaigns, including business updates, employee recognition, and others.Manage company expenses for events or supplies restock Any other assigned tasks as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field1-3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant with proven administrative or office management experience requiredDirect experience providing one-on-one support to an Executive.Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritizeStrong problem-solving skills and analytical abilitiesQuick learner, proactive and self-starterAdvanced proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)Proficiency in Canva is appreciated but not requiredAbout uP:Since 2003, Universal Processing has dedicated itself to growing the unique needs of small and medium-sized businesses by putting people before profits.
