Our commitment to excellence and innovation drives our mission to empower our clients with cutting-edge technology and services.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Transformation Lead who will be responsible for leading technology transformational initiatives by working with engineering managers & senior leaders on strategy, change management, adoption, development, implementation, and management of large initiatives that align with the Pershing Engineering strategic objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of strategic planning processes, technology principles, technology architecture, project management, change management, and business acumen within brokerage, custody, wealth and investment management sectors. The Engineering Transformation Lead will work closely with executive management across the organization to ensure initiatives are aligned with Pershing's overall strategy. This role is located in (4 days in office) Jersey City, this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Engineering Transformation Management Lead the transformation management function by providing strategic direction and oversight into business outcomes. Prioritize engineering transformation initiatives by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business) to ensure initiatives are well-defined, well-scoped, and adequately resourced. Supervise and manage execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring their timely delivery within budget and adhering to the required quality standards. Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to facilitate the successful adoption of the transformation initiatives within the organization. Establish metrics & reporting mechanisms to provide status of initiatives. Manage reporting to the executive team on the initiatives' status, including progress towards strategic objectives, financial performance, and risk management. Platform Operating Model Collaborate with the engineering leadership team to assess the impact of POM moves and make necessary adjustments to meet model requirements. Team up with stakeholders to ensure seamless transition to Platforms to avoid any disruptions in portfolio execution and delivery. Strategy & Planning Partner with senior leaders and other engineering and business stakeholders across the organization to ensure the engineering transformation initiatives portfolio aligns with the organization's overall strategy. Risk Management Manage all technology audits from internal audit and governmental agencies. Process Improvement Develop and implement engineering transformation management processes, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient management of the organization's portfolio. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in transformation management, integrating innovative ideas and approaches. Collaboration Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, project managers, and functional teams.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. At least 10 years of experience in handling large scale transformation programs, project management, portfolio management, or a related field. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, project management principles, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights and recommendations. Experience developing and implementing portfolio management processes, policies, and procedures. Experience leading the development of business cases for new projects and initiatives. Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop the skills and capabilities of team members.
