The ideal candidate will lead a team of tax professionals, oversee tax return processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services to clients. This role requires a strong leader with a CPA certification and extensive experience in a tax CPA firm.Responsibilities Include:Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of two tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Lead the team in delivering high-quality tax services.Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing tax-related inquiries, providing expert advice, and maintaining strong client relationships.Tax Return Review: Oversee and review all tax returns and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.Leadership: Drive team performance, set priorities, and ensure efficient task completion.
