Construction Project Manager / Public Infrastructure

Located in Hunt Valley, MD Salary: $125-185KSpecialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to fill an immediate opening in Cockeysville, MD!ResponsibilitiesReview and monitor design and construction documents for budget, schedule, and contract compliance.Foster client relationships and maintain effective professional connections.Coordinate bidding process, review subcontractor bids, and contribute to pre-bid and construction schedules.Prepare project estimates and negotiate subcontracts.Create and monitor team schedules, control job costs, and analyze financial data.Review outstanding change orders and requests, adhering to traffic laws and worksite rules.Prepare monthly project forecasts, cost reports, and billing forecasts.Manage multiple crews on different projects, working side by side with field employees as needed.Oversee billing to the owner and track invoicing status through a monthly log.Perform other assigned duties.QualificationsBachelor's DegreePrevious experience as a Construction Project Manager is requiredPrevious experience with Public Infrastructure & Bridge Maintenance Construction Projects is requiredPrevious experience with Government Contracts is a plusKnowledge of Engineering & Construction ManagementOSHA 10 certifiedMicrosoft OfficeVendor & Customer ManagementCompensation$125,000 - $185,000#SRGDHExpress Office: Cincinnati (Northwest) 3551 Springdale RoadCincinnati, OH 45251
