Job DescriptionHerms of Paris (HOP), the United States's subsidiary, opened its first boutique in Beverly Hills in 1972. Today, we have 37 boutiques, an accessories pop-up shop, a Client Relations Center, a Distribution & Service Center and two Corporate Offices in New York and Beverly Hills. We have over 1400 HOP Family members dans our numbers continue to grow. Our subsidiary's expansion is supported and guided by our President, Diane Mahady and our Senior Leadership Team.The Finance team is responsible for protecting the company's financial assets, mitigating financial risks and reporting the financial position of the compagny to business stakeholdes. Main Tasks : 1.) Process Documentation •Document existing processes•Highlight areas that can be optimized•Research and develop solutionso Market benchmarking o Best practices from sister subsidiaries•Define project implementation timeline and stakeholders•Create training reference guides (powerpoint video) for circulation to business partners, or to new team members2.) Tasks Organization•Consolidate all departmental deliverables [weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually] •Create a tool accessible to all department members to refer and update task status Data Management •Develop a roadmap focusing on enhancing data governance and infrastructure readiness for advanced analytics and AI tools•Develop models to utilize data on hand towards a meaningful analysis to support organizational strategies and decision-makingBACKGROUND and SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Retail accounting background (sales, payment, inventory process flow) SAP (ERP) GEOficiency (control and accounting investigation tool) Cognos Power BI Advanced Excel skills Highly organized, detail-oriented and analyticalAbout UsCrateur, artisan et marchand d'objets de haute qualit, Herms est, depuis 1837, une maison franaise, familiale et indpendante qui emploie prs de 20 000 collaborateurs dans le monde.
