This role supports overall Finance & Accounting Department initiatives; and serves as a trusted partner for hisher assigned business areas. In this role, be prepared to articulate outcomes of analysis & relevant insights; deliver presentations to communicate business and analysis results to senior audiences; and, create comprehensive models and forecasts based on inputs and feedback from program leads. The ACR values the power and insight of data visualization and looks for ways to tell stories, view trends, and diagnose results in a visual manner. This position will play a key role in developing automated dashboards with KPI metrics.Primary responsibilities:Prepare consolidated ACR monthly, quarterly & annual financial reporting for both operating and capital plans including financial statements, dashboards, data visualizations, and PowerPoint presentations with concise notes for Senior and Executive-level audiences. Prepare ad-hoc reporting as needed to support monitoring of operations and decision-making.Work with program leaders to explain variances from budgetforecasts and leverage insights to assess ongoing trends and impactsAdvise program leaders on impacts to operational goals to inform business decision-making and make recommendations to enhance operating efficienciesManage budgeting processes for assigned departments andor activities, including capturing business information to translate into financial assumptions, entering budgets into template, and translating reports for program and operations usersMonitor revenue and cost trends and proactively alert business owners of anticipated variances from budgetCreate financial models and "what-if" scenarios to forecast multi-year projections Identify ways to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency of current processes through the increased use of automation, development of new tools andor enhanced reporting and analysis capabilitiesResponsible for change management for ERP and Planful - user set up and security, hierarchy and report administrationmanagementQualified candidates will possess the following:Bachelor degree in finance or related business field7+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecastingProficient knowledge of accounting and finance techniques required, including variance analysis, revenuecost forecasting, pricing analysis, fixedvariable costs, month-end close, cash and accrual-based reportingTechnically strong and well-versed with MS Office products and other technologies:Advanced Excel skills (spreadsheets, including data management, macros, and complex formulas) requiredPowerPoint, including financial presentationscommunication to executive audiences requiredKnowledge and experience with budgeting and reporting softwaretools required (Planful preferred)Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL or other relevant tools preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredProven strength in financial data storytelling and data visualizationsStrong organization skills and attention to detailAbility to excel in fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment with competing deadlinesAdaptable to changing prioritiesConsistently produces high quality work products and solves complex problems under tight deadlines with an innovative and "Best Practice" mindsetEffectively interacts with internal business customers and team members while maintaining a high level of customer servicePrimarily remote position with travel required for key meetings (quarterly)Provide support and backup for Treasury initiativesThis position will work a Remote schedule. It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case's circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the annual compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000.
