With a focus on leveraging data to drive decision-making and operational success, our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to play a vital role in their growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.Job DescriptionPrepare and maintain financial reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into performance metrics and trends.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable analysis to help teams achieve financial and operational goals.Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a concise and impactful manner.Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks that affect business outcomes.Build and refine financial models to forecast potential scenarios and evaluate business opportunities.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure decisions are guided by accurate and meaningful financial insights.Contribute to the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.Support quarterly re-forecasting efforts by assessing performance, identifying variances, and proposing adjustments.Develop streamlined processes for forecasting to improve efficiency and enhance accuracy.Partner with marketing, sales, and operational teams to assess the financial impact of campaigns, initiatives, and projects.Provide financial guidance on pricing strategies, resource allocation, and investment opportunities.Act as a trusted advisor to multiple departments, ensuring alignment between financial goals and broader business strategies.Identify inefficiencies in current financial processes and propose enhancements to improve performance.Leverage automation tools and data visualization platforms to simplify reporting and analysis.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, applying innovative ideas to drive operational excellence. The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting2-4 years of experience in financial analysis andor corporate FP&A.
