RN Nurse Manager - Brooklyn NY - East New York

A NYC-based non-profit organization is seeking a full-time RN Nurse Manager to join their team in Brooklyn, NY About the Opportunity: Hybrid or Remote: Fully on-site Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2 rotating Saturdays per month Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Etc.: Seeing patients of all ages. Responsibilities: The Nurse Manager will be responsible for: Facilitates health center huddles Day to day health center clinical flow and operations Nursing triaging and assessment Participates in the training of members of the patient care team Evaluates performance of the Medical Assistant and Registered Nurse Ensures nursing practices of the care team as well as own practices are in accordance with nursing standards, local, state and federal guidelines and organizational policy Qualifications: 2-3+ years of experience in a leadershipsupervisory position as an RN BSN degree required, MSN preferred Active NYS RN license Experience working with underserved populations (i.e. homeless, mentally ill, substance abuse, etc..) Desired Skills: PrimaryUrgent Care experience preferred Bilingual Spanish preferred Experience working with pediatrics preferred
