The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, overseeing order processes, and ensuring smooth operations in both 1P and 3P environments.Key Responsibilities:Account Management:Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generationDevelop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targetsCollaborate with internal teams to address account needs and resolve issues promptlyPrepare and deliver reports on account performance and initiativesPO Order Management (1P & 3P Environment):Process incoming purchase orders, including replenishable and future staged ordersConfirm purchase orders and quantities in the vendor central system before shippingProactively manage open orders and backorders for timely fulfillmentOrder Fulfillment and Shipment Planning:Ensure purchase orders are picked and shipped within specified timeframesEnter bi-weekly shipment plans in Amazon Seller CentralInvoice Reconciliation:Verify that invoices match corresponding purchase ordersCollaboration and Communication:Work closely with operations and logistics teamsReconcile shipments and monitor EDI transactionsSubmit and manage disputed chargeback cases as neededProduct Management:Manage product SKUs and maintain up-to-date catalog informationCustomer Support:Respond to customer inquiries and questions as neededAdditional Duties:Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product listings and enhance brand visibilityParticipate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiativesRequirements:Previous experience working with Amazon's ecosystem and Vendor or Seller Central systems is a must;Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy;Strong organizational skills for multitasking;Effective time management and prioritization abilities;Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;Excellent written communication skills;Training is provided for suitable candidates;If you're passionate about the beauty industry and have a knack for account management and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
