This role is essential in ensuring efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences. The successful candidate will manage patient schedules, maintain accurate medical records, professionally handle phone inquiries, obtain prior authorizations for testing, and prepare documentation for patient visits.We take pride in delivering high-quality care and seek a dedicated individual who is committed to excellence and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:•Coordinate and manage patient schedules to ensure seamless appointment flow.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with clinic policies.•Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.•Secure prior authorizations for necessary tests and procedures.•Prepare documentation for patient visits, including chart updates and referrals.•Provide clinical support, including obtaining vitals, performing EKGs, and venipuncture, if applicable (preferred but not required).Qualifications:Required:•Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.•Medical Assistant Certification.•Strong communication and organizational skills.•A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.Preferred:•Clinical experience, including obtaining vitals, conducting EKGs, and performing venipuncture.•Medical assistant skills as well as receptionist and administrative skills.
