Following the office introduction, you take records (pictures and x-rays) which will be utilized to set a treatment plan for the new patient.Duties include but are not limited to:Taking clear x-rays.Taking clear photos.Taking accurate scans for retainers.Assisting in sterilizing equipment.Maintaining clean working environment (not limited to picture & X-ray area).Work with the Treatment Coordinator to ensure patient case acceptance by orchestrating a "warm hand-off" to the TC.Assist in meeting andor exceeding monthly and annual clinic goals.Cover topics such as payment options and provide the patient with general information regarding insurance coverage as it relates to the event you are traveling to another clinic, you are required to perform all duties and responsibilities of your role including administrative tasks.Participate in Marketing EventsOther tasks as assigned.Requirements:High School Diploma GEDNew Patient Coordinators should have the ability to work independently, and in a team puter skillsNew Patient Coordinators should have the ability to travel & transport self to other practice locations.Minimum 6 months Chairside experience.RequirementsWorking Hours Location:Monday - Wednesday 8:45am - 5:00pmThursday & Friday 6:45am - 3:00pm2 Saturdays per monthTwo 9.30 am to 6.00 pm shifts1010 S Arlington Heights Rd , Arlington Heights IL 60006 Travel to Mundelein and AlgonquinFull timeRate of pay - 16$Benefits (for our full-time employees):Paid TrainingTravel Pay (when traveling to sister clinics farther than 15 miles away from base clinic)Clinical BonusesPaid Time OffHoliday PayMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceAccident InsuranceShort-Term DisabilityLong-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramHealth Savings AccountDependent Care Account401(k) and matchingPet InsuranceTuition Assistance ProgramIdentity Theft ProtectionMetLife MetLaw Legal InsuranceTransit Reimbursement - Commuter AccountFree and discounted Orthodontic Treatments Salary Description Pay: $16.00 per hour
