Job Summary:OGX is seeking Guest Experience Team Members to guide Guests through the experience from entry to exit. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, selling tickets, getting Guests excited for the experience, organizing queues, taking photos, and answering questions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can project a positive and welcoming image to visitors. This PT position pays $19.00 per hour.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome all Guests, providing direction to them and engaging in friendly conversationProvide a memorable experience for Guests with a positive and hospitable attitudeAssist Guests in queueing up for their time-based experienceSell tickets to guests in standby lineScan tickets and handle any technical difficultiesStaff photo locations throughout the experience to assist Guests in taking photosDirect Guests through the exhibit and maintain traffic flow and line controlShare fun facts and trivia about the exhibit with GuestsAnswer questions about the experienceHandle payments quickly and accuratelyMaintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards, and ensure all on site policies and protocols are being adhered to by guestsRequirements:Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19Must be able remain in a standing, stationary position more than 75% of the timeMust be able to work a minimum of three shifts, one of which must be a weekend dayMust be able to move about inside the exhibit spaceRegularly operates audio and video equipmentMust be able to verbally communicate to a variety of audiences and facilitate internal and external group discussionsMust be able to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysYour strengths include:Reliable, energetic, proactive team player with a positive attitudeStrong communication skillsAbility to comply with instructionsDetail orientedYour experience:High school diploma (or equivalent)Previous guest facing experience preferredPrevious customer service andor cash handling experience preferredExperience using a ticketing system preferredPrevious public speaking preferredBenefits:Flexible SchedulePaid Sick Time Why work at OGX:For us it's all about the fans and creating experiences they will love.
