Our Service Team builds individual relationships with our patients and ensures they are happy with their experience. The Service Team is responsible for delivering excellent, high-touch assistance to our patients everyday.Welcome Coordinators are an integral part of Oak Street Health. You will be the first impression we make on our patients. You will efficiently juggle many tasks: ownership of our Welcome and Community Areas, management of inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as managing patient referrals and medical records.
