We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.The RoleLeads the most complex engagements for an industry sector, from business development up to signature of the contract, typical deal sizes are well over > TCV 100M$ per transaction and can run a number of these in parallel with the support of a specific deal squad on each individual deal.Has experience in leading and signing transactions over $500M in multiple service towers and a track record of having closed at least 3 such dealsCoaches and runs 3-5 deals >$100M in parallel in various stages of the deal cycleCombines strong commercial and customer relationship skills with CxO's. Drives the structure of a deal into a winning proposal and sells the value to CIO's. Demonstrates strong financial acumen, capable of negotiating with CFO's of our largest customers, with have strong Contract negotiation skills with solid foundation of legal frameworks.Key responsibilities:Customer Value Creation: Sources, leads and develops up through contract signature a robust network of industry contacts, strategic partners, and key decision-makers that result in creating most complex business engagements with customers and profitable deals for Kyndryl (typical TCV value is $100M and can run multiple deals in parallel. Has experience and in leading and signing transactions over $250M in multiple service towers.Understanding of customer strategy: Conducts customer and market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes. Prepares and delivers compelling Value propositions to potential clients or partnersBusiness Acumen: Uses complex analytics & scenario modelling to manage risks, identify new value creation opportunities andor evaluate innovative commercial models. Drives the utilization and external billability of high-value Kyndryl resources.Deep Industry Expertise: Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contributions. Has strong Industry experience in the Industry they represent as a Deal Coach. Represents Kyndryl at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services, and brand visibility. Monitors and analyzes industry trends, communications.Ecosystem Leadership: Develops and implements strategic business development plans and initiatives. Cultivates connections with Third Party Advisors. Effectively brings together multiple partners, like Hyperscalers, on joint GTM pursuitsCoaching: Invests in the development of commercial talent in their Industry Sector, coach dealmakers to upskill, retain and develop the next generation of talent at Kyndryl. Acts as a formal advisor mentor for 3-5 deal makers. Provides guidance and mentorship to junior commercial professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
