Front Desk Supervisor for Luxury HotelJob description - Our ideal Front Desk Supervisor will integrate seamlessly into our dynamic Front Desk Concierge team. This individual must be a proven leader with the ability to graciously solve problems, remain cool in challenging situations and provide a balanced, consistent voice of reason. The Front Desk Supervisor will assist the Front Office Manager and Asst. Front Office Manager in overseeing an extraordinary guest experience and serve as a manager on duty in their absence. This responsibility means being a quiet and humble leader who works with our talented, existing Front Desk team.
