Now hiring - Part Time Rental Agent for our Commerce, CA location. Truck and Transportation experience a plus!Job Type: Part-time | Schedule: Monday-Friday | Start Time: 11:00am to 5pmJob Description:We are seeking highly motivated and qualified applicants to fill the position of a Rental Agent. Position will be 15% outdoors and 85% indoors.We are looking for confident individuals with a customer service orientation, strong interpersonal and telephone skills, provide front line contact with customers, match vehicle demand with availability, desire for growth, passion for sales, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.Rental Agent Job Responsibilities:-Customer interaction (in-person, email, phone, etc.)-Going out on sales calls and meeting potential clients-Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order, report any issues found-Fleet ManagementInventory-Billing-OpenClose Rental Agreements-Daily rental check inout-Generate reports-Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles-Fuel island inspections-Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor-Work with Sales persons within the company.Job Qualifications:-Microsoft Excel experience a PLUS!-High School Diploma or equivalent required.-Requires ability to get in & out of commercial trucks.-Ability to work independently, customer service skills, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are required.- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environmentBenefits & Perks:-Weekly Pay | Direct Deposit Available-Accrued Time Off-Employee Discount Programs-Bonus Eligibility-Stable & Growing, Family-Owned CompanyPay: $20-$22 per hour depending on experienceDepartment Leasing Locations Commerce, CA
