If you are proficient in evidence presentation and litigation support software and enjoy working in a dynamic legal environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!What You'll Do:Collaborate: Work directly with legal teams to prepare evidence seamlessly for trial and pre-trial events.Consult and Advise: Guide attorneys and their clients on the most persuasive ways to present evidence during trials, arbitrations, and hearings.Coordinate Logistics: Manage equipment sourcing and setup in courtrooms, war rooms, and research facilities.Database Management: Develop case-specific databases for easy retrieval of exhibits, video depositions, transcripts, and legal documents.Technical Mastery: Perform multimedia editing, transcript synchronization, and quality control on all client deliverables.Support and Educate: Assist in the development of analytical graphics and attend continuing education programs to stay updated on legal technology.What Were Looking For:Education & Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.Team Player: Proven ability to excel independently and in a team environment.Job Requirements:Bachelors degree andor equivalent work experienceMust have a min of 3 years of litigation industry experience. 4-5 years is idealStrong presentation and communication skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasksAble to thrive in high-pressure situations and work effectively with team members and clientsWillingness to learn and adapt to new technological advancementsDemonstrated creativity, initiative, and ability to work both independently and in a teamTravel is required for this role working onsite trials across the US with their team.Technical Skills Required:Proficiency in Trial Presentation applications (Trial Director 360, Sanction 3, OnCue)Skilled in Adobe Creative SuiteCreative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects etc.)Experience with Litigation Support tools (TimeCoder Pro, CaseMap, Westlaw, Lexis NexusReal Legal, LiveNote, Relativity)
