The Head of Technology Operations will play a critical role in shaping the technology landscape, fostering proactive collaboration, and ensuring high-performance systems and support.Role OverviewReporting to the Head of Data and Infrastructure, the Head of Technology Operations will oversee the Technology Help Desk, Systems Administration, Network Engineering, Device Management, and technology support. This high-visibility role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to drive the transition from a reactive support model to a proactive partnership with users across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead a cohesive Technology Operations function with clear performance metrics and KPIs.Develop and implement a long-term vision and actionable short-term plans for Technology Operations.Build and manage relationships with vendors for tools and services supporting technology operations.Streamline processes to improve service levels and efficiency for software and hardware support.Foster strong relationships across departments to understand and address user needs.Oversee managers across help desk, device management, systems administration, and network engineering functions.Collaborate with data and analytics, information security, and project management teams to align on technology goals.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.8-10+ years in senior technology management roles, including direct oversight of multi-disciplinary teams.Hands-on experience with enterprise-level IT systems, including network engineering, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), device management platforms, and systems administration tools.Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.Adept at leading cross-functional projects, managing timelines, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.HOW TO APPLY?:Please register your interest by sending your Resume to Gabriella Ferrara via the Apply link on this page.
