This position requires partnering closely with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Packaging, Marketing, Sourcing, Regulatory, Production and Creative) and department leads to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables. As an integral member to the team, the Project Manager, Product must be: diligent and assertive to drive process; flexible and adaptive to proactively manage deviations; and engaged to identify and manage project risks.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Responsible for all aspects of company's new product development and production workflow and timelinePrioritize tasks, adjust workflow and partner cross-functionally with team as needed to move projects forwardTrack and monitor progress to ensure timely executiondelivery of key tasksdeliverables by those assignedDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, creating and refining best practices and processes for successful project executionServe as the stakeholders' liaison and ensure timely communications occurHold weekly cross-functional status meetings to discuss projects, identified issuesrisks and collaborate on actionssolutionsInterpret and organize information from various sources into a clear and easy to reference summaryOngoing product lifecycle management including change management - documenting and developing required change controls - and product phaseoutCollect, build and manage the product specification libraryEnsure all packaging is routed and approved by stakeholders through project timelinesYOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF:Attention to detail: You are thorough and accurate in the work you do.Strong communicator and collaborator:You work and communicate effectively with all members of the organization, from individual contributors to top executives.Strategic and adaptive:You can efficiently anticipate, identify and articulate problems in real-time.Results-oriented:You have a bias for action.
