We're seeking a passionate and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of those in need of stable housing.The RoleThe Operations Specialist reports to the Operations Supervisor and focuses on managing repairs to ensure units are move-in ready. Key aspects of the role include coordinating with landlords and vendors, managing unit access, maintaining accurate records of repair activities, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and city regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels at relationship management to foster collaboration and ensure timely and compliant unit readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire repair process, ensuring timely progress, scheduling inspections for Anthos-completed repairs, and facilitating unit access by collecting keys and setting up lockboxes.Coordinate with landlords and vendors to ensure repairs meet inspection standards and compliance requirements.Track and update all repair-related activities and costs in Salesforce with accurate and timely data municate repair updates clearly and promptly to internal teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and alignment.Document completed repairs through photos, videos, and notes to support compliance and reporting.Source and maintain relationships with vendors, prioritizing Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE).Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all tracking systemsMaintain confidential tenant and landlord files within our databaseDemonstrate adaptability in supporting various departmental needsQualificationsBachelor's degree andor 2+ years of experience in repairs coordination, property management, or operations.
