Navy bottom requires dark shoes, or all white attire requires white shoes.- Provide 2 references from the most recent assignment within the skill set.- Complete a skills checklist in the required skill set matching order.- Must have electronic medical record (EMR) experience.- Offers valid for 48 business hours.
