Our mission is simple: "Doing Great Work Together."Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. If you have a background in graphics, that's a plus! In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our order processing system and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is Monday to Friday 10 AM - 5:30 PM. Key Responsibilities:Order and Quote Entry: Accurately enter orders and quotes into our system by interpreting customer requests.Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via email and phone, answering questions, building rapport, and providing assistance as needed to enhance their experience.Front Desk Backup: Serve as a backup for the front desk, assisting with reception tasks when required.Cultural Alignment: Embody our company values and contribute positively to our culture, ensuring a cohesive team environment.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCustomer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping othersExperience in a graphics-related field is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentThis position will pay 18-22 per hour
