We are Asia's largest B2B SaaS company and the #1 customer service platform in Korea and Japan with over 170K+ users.We're looking for an ambitious and proactive Mid-Market Account Executive to join as an early member of our US team as we work on our expansion into the new market. If you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and are excited about the opportunity to build our US presence from the ground up, then this role is right for you.About the RoleThe Account Executive position will manage the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contractingDefine our Ideal Customer Persona (ICP) for the mid-market by proactively setting a hypotheses, taking action, and adjusting as neededLead demos of Channel Talk's product offering to a variety of stakeholdersDrive new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross sell, ensuring high renewal ratesUnderstand customer use cases to align them with Channel Talk's solutions in order to identify new sales opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve the overall product and customer experienceWhat We're Looking For1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive or 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative at a B2B SaaS companyExperience owning a book of business, with a focus on upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities is preferredA strong sense of intellectual curiosity, you are driven on discovering the "why" behind prospects' needs and are update to date with industry trendsThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excited to be part of a high-growth Sales team as we scaleUnderstands the value of excellent customer serviceWell-organized with strong time management skillsExperience exceeding a sales quotaNice to HaveExperience selling to e-commerce or DTC brands, particularly in fashion and beauty is a plusExperience in B2B SaaS salesExperience at a startupKorean language ability (a great plus)What You'll GetIn-depth knowledge and experience selling a B2B SaaS productExperience in a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS startupFlexible time off and hybrid work arrangements15 days of PTO (with the option for more if needed)Latest MacBook or equivalent device100% employer-paid health insurance optionsAn office is located in SohoTransportation allowance for your daily commute (in addition to any business travel expenses)The anticipated OTE for this role is $80k-130k annually.
