Production Wheel Finishing - Cheese Manufacturing

We are looking for talented individuals to join their cheese manufacturing team in Plymouth, WI.Production Wheel Finishing Responsibilities:- Stage and transfer cheese wheels and products into work areas, accurately recording ingredient amounts and lot numbers- Inspect cheese for defects, mold, or foreign materials, and manually apply rub ingredients as specified- Load cheese wheels into treating tubs, transfer them to drying racks, and package and label finished products- Perform daily and periodic sanitation tasks, including handling and mixing cleaning chemicals- Maintain FIFO principles and comply with safety, HACCP, and GMP policies throughout production- Read, comprehend, and prepare production worksheets in English while reporting any food safety or quality concerns to managementRequirements for Production Wheel Finishing:- High school diploma or GED preferred- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, and conversions) and ability to follow written instructions- Ability to read, comprehend, and prepare production worksheets in English- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork mindset- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and perform repetitive tasks in a refrigerated environment (40-55F)- Willingness to work in a wet, noisy environment with exposure to sanitation chemicals and ingredient odorsQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
