Heres what being a part of our authentic crew entails: Greet guests promptly in friendly and welcoming manner.Manage reservations and seat guest promptly.Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests.Handle reservation inquiries and bookings municates effectively between front-of-house and back-of-house staff to manage seating.Relay important information to servers and other necessary restaurant staff.Handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner; collaborate with supervisory staff to address issues that may arise.Keep the hosthostess station clean and organized.Monitor and manage the cleanliness of the waiting area and seating area.Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.Assist with any opening or closing preparation duties.May assist with inventory, re-stocking item, and other restaurant duties.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills:Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Food Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.QualificationsPrevious experience in the restaurant andor sports entertainment industryPrevious HostHostess experience preferred.
