We're looking for a Principal or Lead Product Manager to join our 200+ product development organization and lead the development of the AI Applications that underpin our platform.Smartly is growing fast and we need your experience and drive to help us continue at this velocity. This recognition reflects our commitment to transforming ad experiences through intelligent creativity, standing as the only platform honored by both Forrester and validated by PwC to be recognized for ad technology to power performance.Here's What You'll Do...Set and drive the vision and strategy for the application of ML and AI at SmartlyDefine product roadmap for your responsibility areasChallenge and support colleagues to deliver innovative and high-quality applications based on machine learningUse your skills in data science and machine learning to understand how creatives work in online marketing and build new tools to optimize and automate our customers' work.Validate new ideas and concepts by working closely with customersPartner with recruiting to help scale the team by actively sourcing and closing the best talentHere's What We're Looking For...5+ years of experience in Product management Experience in B2B or B2C SaaS5+ years of experience in building services and products3+ years of experience in applying machine learning to real-life problemsExperience working in a technologically complex domainCuriosity and the drive to continuously learn through study and experimentation on the job. We take into consideration an individual's background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary.
