We are looking for passionate individuals that want to make a difference and contribute to our mission!Role SummaryThe Nurse PractitionerPhysician Assistant is an essential part of our provider team. The Nurse PractitionerPhysician Assistant provides direct patient to individuals undergoing treatment cycle. They partner with the physician team to assess, diagnose and orderinterprets tests. The position requires an individual who takes pride in working with patients and provides highly personalized care. Our PAsNPs work closely with all members of our clinical team and provide guidance and support. Day-to-day duties include:Provide compassionate care to all Spring patientsDaily chart audits and MD chart review and preparationPerform weekly cycle startbaseline checklist reviews for cycle start readinessFDA screening (history and physical, questionnaire and lab work screeningreview), compliance, and initial determination sign offPerform baseline ultrasounds and follow up monitoring ultrasounds for IUI and IVFManage patient treatment plans for IUI patientsPerform a variety of procedures such as: HSG (hysterosalpingograms), saline sonograms and IUI (intrauterine insemination)Review semen analysis and follow up with patientsConsult for outsideself- referred sperm cryopreservation patientsIncluded in after hours on-call rotationPost retrievalprocedure symptom complaint evaluationassessmentConducts procedural pre op assessmentsAssists in pre and post op procedure area, as neededResource nursing staffUse electronic medical records and work off "task lists" to complete patient visits or pletes forms and requisitions in electronic medical recordDocuments all required information in electronic medical recordProvides patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns.Education, Licenses, CertificationsBachelor's degreeActive New York NP or PA LicenseMinimum two (2) years of experienceACLS Certification Experience in fertility high preferredEmployment TypeThis is a full-time exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays. CompensationThe salary range for this role is $130,000-$160,000 annually.
