Market Region: Northeastern USA (Metro NY, NY, MA, CT, NJ, VT, NH, D.C., PA)Key Roles You'll Play:Market Developer: Travel extensively across your territory, expanding business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.Sales Strategist: Identify and secure new retail business, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.Product Advocate: Launch new products, train retailers on optimal placement, and enhance product visibility.Relationship Builder: Deliver impactful training sessions and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and munications Coordinator: Act as the go-to contact for customers, providing updates on new products, availability, and marketing resources.What Success Looks Like:Consistently exceeding sales targets.Successful product launches that maximize visibility and sales.High levels of retailer and distributor satisfaction through training and support.Strengthened customer loyalty through proactive and clear communication.What We're Looking For:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Experience: 5+ years in sales management (specialty food experience a plus).Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and PowerBi.Soft Skills: Strong communicator, problem-solver, and self-starter driven by results.Other Requirements: Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel extensively; mileage reimbursement provided.What to Expect:Travel: Extensive daily and occasional overnight travel within the Northeast.Physical Activity: Some lifting (up to 30 lbs) for promotional materials and product samples.Work Environment: A mix of remote work, client visits, and participation in industry events.The Details:Position Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM.Travel Requirement: At least 4 daysweek in the field (with mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle); 1 dayweek pensation: Competitive Annual Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000.
