We work hand in hand with the award-winning creative teams that forge those innovative partnerships at Translation (our in-house creative advertising agency).We are looking for an Artist Operations Coordinator to join UnitedMasters! Please note this is a hybrid role: three days in the office and two days remote.What You'll DoSupport the Head of Artist Operations with daily internal processes and procedures across multiple areas including A&R Administration, Production, Sync, and FinanceReview and process all vendor payments for the Artist Services Department (A&R and Marketing) Assist Artist Services staff with troubleshooting expenses, coding, andor travel issuesPrep, update, and deliver weekly UnitedMasters release schedule to Artist Services teamsEnsure artist rosters and song catalogs are up to date for all regions (domestic and international) Update internal operations guide and other resources for cross-functional workflows and policiesMaintain organizational and filing systems to enhance productivity and efficiency and create scalabilityOrganize and attend departmental and artist team meetings as neededPrep and deliver meeting agendas and recap notesOversee maintenance of artist management and music industry contact listsTrack and organize Artist Services business travel requests (recording, videos, events, shows, etc)Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong attention to detailOrganizational prowessCritical ThinkingSolutions OrientedClear and concise verbal and written communication Follow up and follow throughComfortability navigating newproprietary technology systems Expertise with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)PrioritizationFlexibility and adaptabilityMinimum Qualifications1-2 years experience as an admin assistant, coordinator, or similar roleBachelor's DegreeStrong experience with Google Sheets and Excel a plus Preferred QualificationsExperience working in the music industry, specifically in A&R, A&R Administration, Artist Relations, andor MarketingDigital Marketing preferredFamiliarity with , Navan, Concur, a plus About UnitedMasters, Inc.UnitedMasters Inc. represents the creative solutions company, Translation, and the leading software and services platform for independent creators, UnitedMasters. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.
