As a result, we continually strive to make Jennison a fulfilling and rewarding place to work for all employees.Our FunctionThe Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing focused administrative support to four senior client & product group professionals: Head of Product & Strategy, Client Portfolio Manager, Head of Sustainability, and Head of Product Management & Development. The assistant will also provide support to the overall product and sustainability teams as well as provide backup coverage to other distribution professionals within the organization. We are seeking a candidate who is highly motivated, possesses excellent customer service and communication skills, and has the ability to multi-task.Your ImpactYour responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Provide general administrative supportMaintain Outlook CalendarSchedule domestic and international travel itinerary coordinationScreen incoming calls and correspondenceAnswer phones, take messages and field any routine questionsEnsure appropriate materials for meetings are gathered and preparedSubmit and manage expense reimbursements through ConcurAssist with marketing materials (pitch books, RFPs, presentations, etc.)Enter data into ICE (client reporting system)Assist with special Ad-Hoc projects as neededYour Required SkillsYour required skills must include:7-10 years' experience as an ExecutiveAdministrative Assistant at an Asset Management firmOutstanding executive presenceAbility to establish priorities with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and demandsDemonstrates strong initiative and takes clear ownership of projects and responsibilitiesPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and external clientsAbility to work with a team and possess high level of interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, Concur, and Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong attention to detail, highly organized and efficientWhat We OfferJennison offers a generous benefits package including but not limited to: premier medical benefits, paid time off, a retirement profit sharing plan, wellness reimbursement, fully paid parental leave, family planning support, paid membership to concierge primary care, supplemental mental wellness benefit provides annual allotment of fully paid therapy sessions and unlimited coaching, additional health and wellness benefits, and life insurance.
