Investment Banking Analyst - Consumer & Retail (C&R)New York, United States of AmericaEssential FunctionsResponsibility Statements:Provides support to senior bankers.Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analysis.Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.Adheres to compliance procedures and internaloperational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
