Job DescriptionThe Team:The eCommerce team oversees all content and aspects of the business while supporting omnichannel services in partnership with US boutiques and deploys digital initiatives, onsite campaigns and eCommerce emailings. The Opportunity:As the eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator, you will perform job functions related to maintenance of the integrity of the eCommerce catalogue. You will also support with department reporting and business development initiatives. This position is based onsite in our New York, NY Corporate Office.About the Role: Product Publication Audit and publish stock online daily and are strategically aligned with budget and sales goals. Ensure all products in stock are visible on the website Collaborate with Paris team on unpublishable items (photos, pricing, descriptions, etc)Site Merchandising Responsible for executing best-in-class on-site merchandising including but not limited to updating and maintaining product grids, product recommendations, internal search grids and editorial landing pagesReporting Test and analyze impacts of changes on product grids, cross selling and internal search. Compile monthly business analysis and reporting. Create and present competitive analysisOn-site Optimizations Review and optimize left menu navigations and groupings to increase sales and stock rotations. QA site daily for issues such as bugs, broken images, harmonized thumbnails and descriptions, load speed, etc. Report accordingly and follow-thru to resolutionCross Functional Support Support customer service team with catalogue and image related issues Support department in ongoing inventory management and fiscal inventory Provide hi resolution images as needed by request Ensure store locator hours are correctly displayed All other duties assigned by supervisor.Supervisory Responsibility: NOBudget Responsibility: NO Decision Making Responsibility: NOAbout You: 1-3 years of experience, including hands-on internship, in similar role andor environment Previous Merchandising or eCommerce experience desired Excellent written and verbal skills Proven ability to multitask High level of attention to detail Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Knowledge of French is helpfulThe range for this position is $23.43 - $28.65 per hour.
