Integritas is working with a network partner to help fill a VP of Technology - Healthcare Insurance role (hybrid) in New York City, NY.Contact Ben () for more information.Vice President of Information TechnologyLocation: Hybrid - New York City (with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Information Technology to lead all aspects of our IT function. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technology infrastructure, including data management, business intelligence, reporting, networking, systems infrastructure, and IT support. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation and ensuring that our technology capabilities align with our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the IT strategic plan and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.Lead the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices, including adherence to project management, SDLC, and change management methodologies.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex data management solutions, including data warehousing, reporting, and data engineering.Manage IT vendor relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and maximizing the return on technology investments.Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address their technology needs, developing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business goals.Identify and evaluate new technologies and opportunities for process and system improvements.Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring alignment with business priorities and financial constraints.Oversee the management of company facilities and leasing partners.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA, PHI, and other industry standards.Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in IT, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a complex IT organization.Proven experience in the healthcare industry is essential.Deep expertise in data management, including data warehousing, business intelligence, reporting, and data engineering.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, systems administration, and cloud computing.Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
